Yes, we only use Grade A and Brand new cells inside.
2.Do you test and match the battery before installing the battery pack?
Yes, every cell will be tested capacity, IR, voltage to surely match

Resistance:The deviation less than 0.1mΩ

3.How do I store my batteries?
When the product is not in use for a long time, it should be stored in a dry, clean and well-ventilated warehouse at 10°C～35°C, avoiding inflammable and explosive materials; the battery pack should be charged and maintained regularly every three months to ensure that the battery best performance state.
4.What is the cycle life of the battery?

5.What's the warranty of your 48V/51.2V battery pack?
